If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the srl115 platform.

By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the use of online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. srl115 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting the eligibility criteria.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
To use srl115's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information. Required details include your full name, an active mobile number and a secure password. You are solely responsible for ensuring the information provided is truthful and for keeping it up to date whenever changes occur.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. srl115 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported a compromise to us.

User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from using the srl115 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users are also prohibited from attempting to hack, modify or interfere with the srl115 platform's systems and software, using any automated software, bots or other mechanisms to access or operate the platform without authorisation, or sharing or selling account access to any third party.
Payment Policy and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the srl115 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost and bank transfer. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set at srl115's discretion and may change from time to time. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. srl115 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment method registered under the same name as the srl115 account. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated business hours. srl115 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawals. Any attempt to withdraw funds via unauthorised methods or accounts will result in an investigation and possible account suspension.
Bonuses and Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by srl115 are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods stated separately. Users are required to read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before accepting it. srl115 reserves the right to void any bonus that has been misused or obtained through fraudulent means.
Liability Limits and Account Policy

Srl115 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or inaccurate information displayed. Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that srl115 makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any wager.
The srl115 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or free from viruses.
Account Suspension and Closure
Srl115 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, bonus abuse, creation of multiple accounts, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be recoverable depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the srl115 support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the relevant verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content found on the srl115 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of srl115 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from srl115.

The srl115 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience.
